Customer Privacy:
Your information is strictly confidential and used only for internal purposes.  E-mail addresses are only used by The Wrapper Store.  We never give out your e-mail or contact details.  We only accept credit cards through PayPal, a secure on-line system, which means we never have your debit or credit card information.

Refunds & Returns:
Sorry but there are no refunds on personalised items.  Please check your proofs carefully for spelling, grammar and punctuation.  You have the final approval.  The Wrapper Store will never print until we receive your payment which is viewed as your final approval.  Due to the personalised nature of our business, our products cannot be returned. 

Rush Orders:
There is a small one off fee of 10% or £5.00, whichever is the greater, should you need your wrappers in a hurry. However this does not apply to Birth Announcement orders.

Next Day Delivery:
Next day or express shipping is available by request. Please note, extra shipping rates will apply.

Delivery:
Although we will do everything possible to ensure that your products arrive safely, The Wrapper Store cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged during shipping. 

Our standard service is Royal Mail 1st Class.   Please be sure someone is available to receive delivery on orders including the chocolate bars so they are not left outside.  We only ship inside the United Kingdom.   We will do everything possible to get your order to you and will provide proof that your order was delivered to the post office for shipment.  However, we cannot be responsible for your shipment once we deliver to the postal service.  If you have a large order you may wish to purchase postal insurance.
 
Please be sure to give us your full postal address for delivery.  If we are shipping to a business address you must provide us with the name of the business.  If your order is returned to us for an incomplete address or person not known you will not be entitled to a refund.  We will make every attempt to contact you by email and reship your order to the correct address for the cost of the additional postage.

Payment:
We will not start printing your order until payment is received.  We accept all credit and debit cards through PayPal, a secure on-line payment system.  PayPal is the ONLY way we accept debit and credit cards.  For your protection, we do not accept debit or credit card numbers over the phone.  PayPal is the preferred method of payment, however we do accept cheques and postal orders (Note: your order will not be processed until the cheque has cleared).
 
Photos:
 
You can send us your photos by either post or email - postal details will be included in your confirmation email.

Please include your order number in the e-mail subject line.

The following tips are important to achieve a high quality picture.
1) Choose a photo that is well lit and close up
(too much background can result in a blurry picture after it has been cropped).
2) Scan your photo at 150 to 300 dpi.
3) Save your photo as jpg, gif, tif, png or pdf.
4) Do not crop your photo. We will crop for best results.

If you post your photo, we will scan your photo and return it in original condition with your order.

Note: Professional photographs are copyrighted and can not be reproduced without the written consent of the photographer

Artwork should be sent as vector files or scanned at 300 dpi and saved as jpg, gif, tif, eps, or png. All artwork should be PC-formatted and compatible with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

The setup fee is £5 per logo.
