Ordering Information

Once an order has been placed and the wrapper proof has been
approved for print, please allow up to 7 - 10 working days
for us to make and deliver your order (if it is a very large
order we will contact you to discuss production time).
If you need your order printed and
shipped in less than 2 days, we will apply a 10% 'fast track'
charge or £5.00, whichever is greater amount. Rush fees do
not apply for Birth Announcement or Get Well wrappers.

We
will email you a sample of your wrapper as a .jpg file to
proof. We do not print an order until approval of the wrapper
proof
is
given.
|
|
PAYMENT - Payment is required once a wrapper
proof is approved and before an order is printed. All our
transactions are made securely through PayPal. PayPal accepts
Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch/Maestro and American
Express.
Note: You DO NOT require a PayPal account
to use this service.

REFUND -
Due to the fact that all our products are custom made, once the wrapper proof
has been approved by you and printed, we are unable to reuse
those wrappers and are therefore non-refundable.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please do so as
soon as possible this must be before you
give final approval of the wrapper proof and make payment.
