How To Order

Select your chosen wrapper design by clicking the 'wrapper design number' at the bottom of
each picture this will take you to the wrapper of your choice.
If you wish to order this wrapper click the order here button and this will take you to the order form. Fill out the form and click submit.

**IMPORTANT**
* If you are ordering wrappers only, it is recommended that you make sure your local stores carry the exact type of chocolate bar that you are purchasing wrappers for.

Our wrappers will fit the following sizes of bar (approximately):-

Small = 50mm x 87mm x 5mm
Medium = 53mm x 114mm x 8mm
Large = 69mm x 157mm x 10-12mm

These size bars are available from most supermarkets often in multi packs.

We cannot be held responsible if you receive your wrappers and then cannot find the correct sized chocolate bar.

Order Confirmation

If it has been more than two working days and you haven't received an email from

admin@thewrapperstore.co.uk

subject: Your Wrapper Order Confirmation,
please check your spam or junk mail. If you still don't have it,
please send us an email or call us and let us know.

We will send you a proof of your wrapper for approval within 3 working days of receiving your order, please check this very carefully and reply by return. We will NOT print any wrapper without approval from you.

Note: We will not be held responsible for orders not processed because we did not receive your approval. Any additional rush fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been placed and the wrapper proof has been approved for print and payment received, please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for us to make and deliver your order (if it is a very large order we will contact you to discuss production time).

If you need your order printed and shipped in less than 2 days, we will apply a 10% 'fast track' charge or £5.00, whichever is greater amount.
Rush fees do not apply for birth announcement wrappers.

REFUND - Due to the fact that all our products are custom made, once the wrapper proof has been approved by you and printed, we are unable to reuse that wrapper and therefore non-refundable.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible this must be before you give final approval of the wrapper proof and make payment.
